To add a new user to an account or property:

1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
2. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
3. In the Account or Property column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account or property), click Access Management.
4. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.
5. Enter the email address digital@whenwemesh.com and meshreporting@gmail.com to add the MESH digital user’s Google Account.
6. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.
7. Select Administrator or Editor role. Learn more about permissions.
8. Click Add.

Google Tag Manager allows you to delegate access to other users at the Account and Container level. Users can be granted the ability to view or administer other users at the Account level, and can be granted read, edit, approve, or publish rights at the Container level.

You may only delegate access to Google accounts. These might be Gmail accounts, accounts managed through organizations using G Suite, or other accounts created at accounts.google.com.

Add users to an account

To add users to a Tag Manager account:

1. Log into Google Tag Manager
2. Click Admin.
3. In the Account column, select User Management.
4. Click .
5. Select Add new users.
6. Enter the following email addresses.
   1. digital@whenwemesh.com
   2. meshreporting@gmail.com
7. Set Account Permissions. Select Administrator to allow MESH to create new containers and modify user permissions for accounts and containers.
8. Click Invite. MESH will receive an invitation to use the container.

To add a new user or delegated owner

1. Login to Google Search Console.
2. Choose a property in Search Console.
3. Click the Settings icon in the navigation pane.
4. Click Users & permissions.
5. Click Add user
   1. Enter the Google Account email (digital@whenwemesh.com) for the MESH digital user.
   2. Choose the “Delegated owner” permission level (role) to grant the user.
   3. Save your changes.

If, when trying to add a new user, you get an error “This user may only be added as ‘Owner’,” it means that the user you are trying to add already owns a containing property and thus has implicit owner rights for this property. You can only add this person as an owner of this child property. Adding them as a full or restricted user would be a demotion in permissions on this child property, which isn’t allowed.

You can give someone Facebook access with full control or partial control. People with Facebook access with full control or partial control can switch into the Page and manage it on Facebook. If you give someone Facebook access with full control, this means that person can give access to other people, remove anyone from the Page (including you) or delete the Page.

1. To give someone Facebook access to a Page in the new Pages experience:
2. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
3. Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
4. Click your Page’s profile picture in the top right to go to your Page.
5. Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
6. Click Page setup, then click Page access.
7. Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New.
8. Click Next, type in digital@whenwemesh.com or the email address of another MESH person you want to give Facebook access, then click their name.
9. From here, you can choose to give the person Facebook access with full control.
10. To give Facebook access with full control: Scroll down, click Toggle to allow this person to have full control, then click Give Access.
11. Type your Facebook password, then click Confirm.
12. The person will receive an email to accept your invitation to access your Page.

Working with an agency it is ideal to can add MESH to your company Business Manager. When you add MESH as a partner to your Business Manager, you can grant access to different assets and assign specific permission levels.

Before you begin

• Only business admins can add a partner.
• You need your partner’s business ID. Learn how to find your business ID. MESH Business Manager ID: 1109256089102978
• If no Business Manager access, add Page Advertiser Admin: liz@meshbr.com –  setup instructions

Give a partner access to assets in your Business Manager

To add partners or agencies to your business:

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Below Users, click Partners.
3. Click + Add.
4. Select Give a partner access to your assets.
5. Enter the MESH Partner Business ID (1109256089102978) to add and click Next.
6. On this screen, you can add partners to multiple assets. Choose a type of asset in the first column. Select the assets you want to add your partner to in the second column. Assign a role for your partner in the third column. Repeat these steps until you’ve chosen roles for all of the assets you want to assign.
7. Click Save Changes.

To add a new user or delegated owner

1. Login to Google Search Console.
2. Choose a property in Search Console.
3. Click the Settings icon in the navigation pane.
4. Click Users & permissions.
5. Click Add user
   1. Enter the Google Account email (digital@whenwemesh.com) for the MESH digital user.
   2. Choose the “Delegated owner” permission level (role) to grant the user.
   3. Save your changes.

1. Log into your AccountCenter.
2. Click on the Contacts tab at the top of the navigation menu. This will take you to the unified Contacts page, which allows you to add a new contact or view existing contact details.
3. To add a contact, first, click the Contacts button in your AccountCenter.
   
4. Add your MESH’s name (MESH Digital) and email address (digital@meshbr.com).
5. Select the type of contact type as Administrative. For a detailed explanation of each role, please read: AccountCenter Contact Roles. If needed, add a short message to the invitation email. 
   
6. Select Invite Contact to continue. You will then receive a confirmation message.
   
7. We will receive an email inviting us to manage assets on your account.
